Senate 1370: Relating to Community Contribution Tax Credits ------------------------------------------------------------------

S1370    GENERAL BILL by Saunders  (Similar CS/S 1210, Compare 2ND ENG/H 0109,
H 1795, CS/CS/S 0330, CS/S 3002)
Community Contribution Tax Credits; increases annual limitation on
amount of such credits which may be granted against sales & use tax,
corporate income tax, & insurance premium taxes; provides that insurer
claiming credit is not subject to retaliatory tax levied under specified
provision. Amends 212.08, 220.183, 624.5105. EFFECTIVE DATE:
07/01/2004.
