Senate 1452: Relating to Public Records Mediation Program [EPSC] ------------------------------------------------------------------

S1452    GENERAL BILL by Gelber
Public Records Mediation Program [EPSC]; Authorizes a mediator for the
public records mediation program within the Office of the Attorney
General to issue an opinion as to whether a public record is open to the
public upon payment of a fee. Requires the record to be released under
certain circumstances. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2010.
