Senate 1554: Relating to Public Procurement [GPSC] ------------------------------------------------------------------

S1554    GENERAL BILL by Gelber; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Smith; Ring; Hill; Storms;
Wilson; Villalobos; Siplin (Identical H 1357)
Public Procurement [GPSC]; Provides that a public servant who fails to
advertise, publicly announce, or electronically post a solicitation for
commodities or contractual services commits a felony of the second
degree under certain circumstances. Imposes criminal penalties. Reenacts
a specified provision relating to the offense severity ranking chart of
the Criminal Punishment Code, to incorporate the amendment made in a
reference thereto. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2010.
