Senate 1558: Relating to Nursing Homes/Staffing/Supervision ------------------------------------------------------------------

S1558    GENERAL BILL by Atwater  (Compare H 1497)
Nursing Homes/Staffing/Supervision; provides that nursing home that
fails to comply with specified percentage of state minimum-staffing
requirements may not accept new admissions until certain conditions are
satisfied; provides that standards for nursing supervision of nursing
home residents are altered for night shift duties. Amends 400.141,.23.
EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2004.
