Senate 1646: Relating to Liability Insurance/School Districts ------------------------------------------------------------------

Liability Insurance/School Districts; requires school districts to pay
only from insurance proceeds any damages awarded against district
through claims bill; provides minimum amounts of coverage for insurance
against such damages. Creates 1006.245. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2004.
