Senate 1668: Relating to Tax Deficiencies/Interest Rate ------------------------------------------------------------------

S1668    GENERAL BILL by Haridopolos  (Compare H 0391)
Tax Deficiencies/Interest Rate; provides alternative to requirement that
interest rate on certain tax deficiencies shall be rounded adjusted
prime rate charged by banks plus 4 percentage points; provides
application of certain adjustments; requires DOR to use certain adjusted
prime rates in certain calculations; amends specified provisions to
conform. Amends 213.235,.24,.255, 220.807,.723,.809. EFFECTIVE DATE:
07/01/2004.
