Biodiesel Fuel [SPSC]; Exempts biodiesel fuel manufactured by a public
or private secondary school from taxation under certain circumstances.
Specifies the circumstances under which a public or private secondary
school that manufactures such fuel is exempt from certain registration
requirements. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2010.
