Senate 1944: Relating to Absentee Ballots ------------------------------------------------------------------

S1944    GENERAL BILL by Hill; (CO-SPONSORS) Miller  (Identical H 0759, H 1447)
Absentee Ballots; revises restriction on what can be mailed or delivered
with absentee ballot; requires supervisor of elections to include
absentee ballot receipt acknowledgment card with said ballot; provides
for instructions & applicability; requires supervisor of elections, upon
receipt of envelope containing marked ballot of absent elector, to mail
to that elector acknowledgment of receipt of that ballot. Amends
