Senate 2060: Relating to Sovereign Immunity [SPSC] ------------------------------------------------------------------

Sovereign Immunity [SPSC]; Increases the statutory limits on liability
for tort claims against the state and its agencies and subdivisions.
Provides for application of the act to claims arising on or after the
