Unemployment Compensation/Benefits; limits scope of definition of work
applicable to disqualification for benefits; provides exception to full
weekly benefits for totally unemployed persons under certain
circumstances; prohibits overpayment recoveries under certain
circumstances. Amends 443.101,.111,.151. EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon becoming
law.
