S2220    GENERAL BILL by Jones  (Identical H 1029)
School Board Property/Public Park; allows use of school board property
as public park under agreement between school board & local government;
absolves school board from liability for injuries resulting from such
use; provides restrictions on such use. Creates 1013.101. EFFECTIVE
