Senate 2240: Relating to Rights of Individuals/Disabilities ------------------------------------------------------------------

S2240    GENERAL BILL by Wise  (Compare CS/CS/S 1918)
Rights of Individuals/Disabilities; provides that individual with
disability has full & equal access to & enjoyment of public
accommodations & state & local facilities, programs, services, &
activities; provides that individual with disability may be accompanied
by service animal in places of public accommodation & in state & local
facilities; directs that individual with service animal may not be
segregated from other customers or public, etc. Amends 413.08,.081.
EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2004.
