Senate 2350: Relating to Emergency Medical Services/HMO ------------------------------------------------------------------

S2350    GENERAL BILL by Fasano
Emergency Medical Services/HMO; limits amount of reimbursement available
to provider for hospital services if provider does not have contract
with HMO; requires reimbursement for hospital emergency services that
are provided to subscriber as specified, regardless of existence of
emergency medical condition. Amends 641.513. EFFECTIVE DATE:
07/01/2004.
