Senate 2566: Relating to Absentee Ballots

S2566    GENERAL BILL/CS/1ST ENG by Ethics and Elections; Dockery  (Similar
  H 1591, Compare 2ND ENG/H 1793, 1ST ENG/H 1971, CS/CS/S 0618, CS/1ST
  ENG/S 2346)
  Absentee Ballots; removes requirement that voter's signature on absentee
  ballot must be witnessed; revises Voter's Certificate & instructions to
  absent electors to remove requirement of attesting witness; requires
  that supervisor of elections compare elector's signature to verify
  registration; amends provision re absentee ballots received from
  overseas voters, to conform, etc. Amends
