S2638    GENERAL BILL by Wise  (Identical H 1689)
Unemployment Compensation Records; requires Agency for Workforce
Innovation to contract with consumer-reporting agencies to provide
creditors with secured electronic access to employer-provided
information re quarterly wages reports; provides for termination of
contracts under certain circumstances; requires agency to establish
minimum audit, security, net worth, & liability insurance standards &
other requirements it considers necessary, etc. Creates 443.17161.
EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2004.
