Senate 2668: Relating to Regulatory Assessment Fees ------------------------------------------------------------------

S2668    GENERAL BILL/CS by Comprehensive Planning; Atwater  (Similar H 1583,
CS/1ST ENG/S 1922, Compare S 0372)
Regulatory Assessment Fees; revises provisions for separate legal entity
to acquire, own, construct, improve, operate, & manage or finance
certain public facilities; clarifies state policy that specifies that
gains or losses from purchase or condemnation of utility's assets which
result in loss of customers served by such assets & associated future
revenue streams shall be borne by shareholders of utility, etc. Amends
163.01, 367.145; creates 367.0813. EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon becoming law.
