Senate 2688: Relating to Driving or Boating Under the Influence [EPCC] ------------------------------------------------------------------

S2688    GENERAL BILL by Aronberg
Driving or Boating Under the Influence [EPCC]; Cites this act as the
"Barry and Sydney Mazer Act." Revises the applicability of sanctions.
Requires a specified period of imprisonment for a fourth or subsequent
conviction of driving or boating under the influence. Prohibits
substitution of treatment alternatives in certain circumstances.
Requires records of judgments of guilty to include fingerprints, etc.
EFFECTIVE DATE: 10/01/2008.
