Citrus/Hernando Waterways Council; creates Citrus/Hernando Waterways
Restoration Council; provides for membership, powers, & duties; provides
for separate county task forces; provides for report to Legislature;
provides for advisory group to council; requires Southwest Fla. Water
Management District to act as lead entity for purpose of providing staff
& administrative support for council; provides for Citrus/Hernando
Waterways restoration program. EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon becoming law.
