Senate 7012: Relating to OGSR/Address Confidentiality/Domestic Violence ------------------------------------------------------------------

S7012    PROPOSED COMMITTEE BILL for Consideration by Children, Families, and
Elder Affairs
OGSR/Address Confidentiality/Domestic Violence; Repeals specified
provision relating to an exemption from public records requirements for
information in the Address Confidentiality Program for Victims of
Domestic Violence under s. 741.465, F.S. Saves the exemption from repeal
under the OGSR Act. Deletes provisions providing for repeal of the
exemption. EFFECTIVE DATE: 10/01/2010.
