Senate 7014: Relating to OGSR/Identification of a Minor ------------------------------------------------------------------

S7014    PROPOSED COMMITTEE BILL for Consideration by Judiciary
OGSR/Identification of a Minor; Amends specified provision relating to a
public records exemption for information contained in court files which
identifies a minor petitioning for a waiver of the notice requirements
contained in the Parental Notice of Abortion Act. Saves the exemption
from repeal under the OGSR Act, etc. EFFECTIVE DATE: 10/01/2010.
