House 0039: Relating to Worker Safety/Agric. Pesticides ------------------------------------------------------------------

Worker Safety/Agric. Pesticides; creates "Fla. Agricultural Worker
Safety Act"; provides for enforcement of federal worker protection
regulations; requires agricultural employers to make agricultural
pesticide information available to workers, service providers, medical
personnel, & certain organizations; prohibits said employers from
failing to provide required info. & from taking retaliatory action
against workers for exercising their rights, etc. Amends FS. EFFECTIVE
DATE: 07/01/2004.
