Tax Exemption & Exclusion Committee; creates Joint Legislative Sales &
Use Tax Exemption & Exclusion Review Committee for purpose of reviewing
exemptions from general state sales & use tax & exclusions of sales of
services from such taxation; provides for appointments to & organization
of committee; specifies duties; provides for reports; requires
continuing periodic review of sales tax exemptions. Creates 11.95.
EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon becoming law.
