Senate 0186: Relating to Governmental Reorganization ------------------------------------------------------------------

S186     GENERAL BILL/CS/CS by Governmental Oversight and Productivity;
Comprehensive Planning; Geller; Webster (Similar 1ST ENG/H 1687,

Governmental Reorganization; (THIS BILL COMBINES S186,2528) creates
State & Community Affairs Dept.; provides that Fla. Housing Finance
Corp. & Emergency Management Div. shall be placed in department for
administrative purposes; provides for Director of Emergency Management
Div. to be appointed by Governor; prohibits abrogation of quasi-judicial
development order under certain circumstances, etc. Creates 20.101;
amends 163.3167; repeals 20.10,.18. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2003 except
as otherwise provided.
