  Florida Alternative Energy Center Trust Fund [RPCC]; Creates the Florida
  Alternative Energy Trust Fund within the Office of Tourism, Trade, and
  Economic Development. Provides that the purpose of the trust fund is to
  provide funding for the Florida Alternative Energy Center. Provides for
  future review and termination or re-creation of the fund, etc.
