  from public records and public meetings requirements for certain
  information held by the Florida Alternative Energy Center. Provides a
  statement of public necessity exempting from public disclosure
  information relating to recruiting, proprietary business information,
  research information, and donor identification. Provides for future
  legislative review and repeal under the Open Government Sunset Review
  Act, etc.  EFFECTIVE DATE: Contingent.
