Standards of Conduct; Designates act "Restoring Faith in Public Office
Act"; provides that it is third-degree felony for public servant, with
corrupt intent, to willfully fail to disclose certain financial
interests or benefits; defines "with corrupt intent." EFFECTIVE DATE:
