House 0645: Relating to Community Residential Homes ------------------------------------------------------------------

Community Residential Homes; Prohibits certain rules adopted by APD from
restricting number of facilities designated as community residential
homes located within planned residential community; defines terms
"planned residential community" & "sober house transitional living
home"; provides that community residential homes located within planned
residential communities may be contiguous to one another, etc.
