House 0753: Relating to Monroe County ------------------------------------------------------------------

Monroe County; Provides exceptions to requirements of DEP regarding
minimum casing for injection wells used by facilities that have
specified design capacity; provides requirements for injection well used
as backup to primary injection well. EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon becoming law.
