H785     GENERAL BILL by Chestnut  (Similar S 1768)
Procurement/Commodities and Contractual Services; Provides that agency,
county, or municipality that is required to make purchases of
commodities or contractual services through competitive solicitation
must provide vendors option to submit competitive sealed bids through
uniform secure electronic interactive Internet system; requires
specified notification in invitations to bid, etc. EFFECTIVE DATE:
07/01/2010.
