Relief/Darling and Smith/State of Florida; Provides for relief of Dennis
Darling, Sr., & Wendy Smith, parents of Devaughn Darling, deceased;
provides appropriation to compensate them for loss of their son,
Devaughn Darling, whose death occurred while he was engaged in football
preseason training on FSU campus; provides limitation on payment of fees
& costs. CLAIM WITH APPROPRIATION: $1,800,000. EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon
becoming law.
