Senate 0804: Relating to Pain-management Clinics [SPSC] ------------------------------------------------------------------

S804     GENERAL BILL by Gelber  (Similar H 0671, Compare CS/CS/H 0225, H 0373,
H 1499, S 0646, CS/CS/2ND ENG/S 2272)
Pain-management Clinics [SPSC]; Requires privately owned pain-management
clinics to be registered with the Department of Health by a specified
date. Prohibits a physician from practicing in a pain-management clinic
that is not registered with the DOH. Requires the DOH to submit
fingerprints of an applicant for initial registration or renewal of a
registration to the FDLE and the FBI for a criminal record check, etc.
EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2010.
