Hospital Outpatient Services; Authorizes AHCA to pay for hospital
outpatient services provided to Medicaid recipients under direction of
licensed advanced registered nurse practitioner; provides exception to
limits on payment for hospital outpatient services provided to Medicaid
recipients for services provided in certain clinics. EFFECTIVE DATE:
07/01/2010.
