Citizens Property Insurance Corporation; Requires corporation to achieve
actuarially sound rates by specified date; requires corporation to take
specified actions to achieve actuarially sound rates; provides
requirements for determination of actuarially sound rates; requires
corporation to file plan of withdrawal by specified date if corporation
does not achieve actuarially sound rates by specified deadline;
establishes criteria for actuarially sound rates, etc. EFFECTIVE DATE:
