S1102 GB High-occupancy-vehicle (HOV) Lanes [EPCC] GENERAL BILL by Geller (Identical H 0387, Compare CS/H 1111, CS/CS/H 1329, CS/CS/2ND ENG/H 1399, 2ND ENG/H 7135, CS/CS/1ST ENG/S 0682, CS/CS/CS/S 1978, CS/CS/CS/2ND ENG/S 1992) High-occupancy-vehicle (HOV) Lanes [EPCC]; Requires that all eligible hybrid and other low-emission and energy-efficient vehicles using HOV lanes comply with the minimum fuel economy standards. Provides that the eligibility of these vehicles, regardless of occupancy, shall be determined in accordance with the applicable final rule issued by the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
