Medicaid Postpartum Benefits; Provides for continuation of Medicaid
coverage for women eligible for prenatal care benefits under certain
circumstances & for specified period postpartum; requires AHCA to
electronically enroll eligible women; authorizes agency to seek waiver
authority. EFFECTIVE DATE: 01/01/2011.
