Senate 1204: Relating to Florida Retirement System [WPSC] ------------------------------------------------------------------

S1204    GENERAL BILL by Hill  (Compare H 0127, H 1315, S 1996)
Florida Retirement System [WPSC]; Redefines the term "special risk
member." Revises criteria for membership in the special risk class to
include members employed by public acute care hospitals serving certain
patients. Provided legislative findings that the act fulfills an
important state interest. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2010.
