S1248 GENERAL BILL by Wilson (Compare S 1220) HIV Testing/County Detention Facilities/Inmates [SPSC]; Requires the Department of Health to designate certain counties, if approved by the county's governing body, to participate in a program to test each inmate for HIV before the inmate is released if the inmate's HIV status is unknown.
