Senate 1262: Relating to Child Support Enforcement ------------------------------------------------------------------

Child Support Enforcement; provides civil penalties for employers,
unions, & plan administrators not in compliance with requirements of
national medical support notice; provides for sharing of information
between consumer reporting agencies & DOR re amount of current support
owed; provides conditions for collection of support from workers' comp.
settlements; provides procedures for redirecting payments to person with
whom child resides, etc. Amends Chs. 61, 409, 222.21, 382.016.
EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided.
