Metropolitan Planning Organizations; Revises provisions for designation
of metropolitan planning organizations, jurisdictional boundaries,
transportation plans & improvement programs, congestion management,
ozone or carbon monoxide nonattainment areas, project priorities, public
review, & unified planning work program; provides for redesignation of
M.P.O., resolution of overlapping boundaries, & public participation
plans. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2010.
