House 1327: Relating to Forensic Mental Health ------------------------------------------------------------------

H1327    GENERAL BILL by Adkins  (Compare CS/H 1189, S 1140, CS/S 2612)
Forensic Mental Health; Provides additional responsibilities for certain
DCFS contractors; authorizes DCFS to make certain training available to
correctional personnel; provides for requiring certain involuntary
outpatient patients to take medication; requires that certain adults
receive forensic mental health transition plans; provides timeframes for
competency hearings for defendants adjudicated incompetent, etc.
