Senate 1346: Relating to Health Care Risk Management

S1346    GENERAL BILL by Saunders  (Compare H 1941, S 2608)
  Health Care Risk Management; revises fee requirements for applicants for
  licensure to practice health care risk management; requires that
  licensed health care facility use services of licensed risk manager
  rather than hire same; clarifies circumstances under which confidential
  patient records may be disclosed by health care facility personnel &
  other licensed health care facilities for purpose of treating patient,
  etc. Amends 395.10974,.0197,.3025, 456.072.  EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2005.
