House 1369: Relating to Florida Endowment for Vocational Rehabilitation ------------------------------------------------------------------

Florida Endowment for Vocational Rehabilitation; Removes provision that
requires SBA to invest & reinvest moneys in endowment fund for Florida
Endowment for Vocational Rehabilitation; requires that specified
percentage of remainder of all civil penalties received by county court
pursuant to specified provisions be remitted to DOR on monthly basis for
deposit in fund, etc. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2010.
