H1437    CLAIMS/GENERAL BILL by Galvano  (Similar CS/1ST ENG/S 0034)
Relief/Estrada/USF Board of Trustees; Provides for compensation of
Daniel & Amara Estrada, parents & guardians of Caleb Estrada, for
wrongful birth of Caleb Estrada & for damages sustained by Daniel &
Amara Estrada as result of negligence by employees of USF Board of
Trustees; provides for such compensation to be paid from specified
insurance proceeds; provides limitation on payment of fees & costs.
CLAIM WITH APPROPRIATION: $25,023,213. EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon becoming
law.
