S1438 GENERAL BILL/CS by Transportation and Economic Development Appropriations; Fasano (Compare CS/CS/2ND ENG/H 0971, 1ST ENG/H 5501) Highway Safety [WPSC]; Removes provisions requiring the driver of a vehicle that is involved in a crash resulting in bodily injury to or the death of any person or damage to any vehicle or other property to forward a written report of the crash to the HSMV within a specified time.
