Uniformed Servicemembers Protection; creates "Florida Uniformed
Servicemembers Protection Act"; provides for applicability of specified
federal laws to servicemembers when serving on active duty or state
active duty; prohibits retaliatory action by landlord for termination of
rental agreement by servicemember; prohibits landlord from
discriminating against servicemember in offering dwelling unit for rent
or in any of terms of rental agreement, etc. Amends FS. EFFECTIVE DATE:
Upon becoming law.
