House 1503: Relating to Fla. Motor Vehicle Repair Act ------------------------------------------------------------------

H1503    GENERAL BILL by Machek  (Similar S 2692)
Fla. Motor Vehicle Repair Act; provides civil penalty; provides for
administrative fine for certain violations; prohibits insurer interests
in certain motor vehicle repair shops; provides for favored facility
agreement presumption; provides notice requirements for certain motor
vehicle repair shops; requires certain agreements to be negotiated &
executed to prevent conflicts of interest, etc. Amends Ch. 559.
EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon becoming law.
