H1507    CLAIMS/GENERAL BILL by Flores  (Similar S 0052)
Relief/Angela Sozzani/DCFS; Directs DCFS to include in its annual
legislative budget requests appropriation to compensate Angela Sozzani,
a disabled person, by & through her next friend, for injuries & damages
sustained as result of negligence of employees of DCFS; provides for use
of funds; specifies funds to be included in initial appropriation;
requires DCFS to seek appropriations in excess of limit established in
act under certain circumstances, etc. CLAIM WITH APPROPRIATION:
Indeterminate. EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon becoming law.
