House 1529: Relating to Turnbull Campaign Finance Reform Act ------------------------------------------------------------------

H1529    GENERAL BILL by Ausley  (Similar S 2556, Compare H 1565, S 1230, S 2936)
Turnbull Campaign Finance Reform Act; revises various definitions;
revises definition of term "political advertisement" to provide
presumption re certain advertisements & to provide certain exceptions
thereto; provides additional requirements for registration of political
committees & certification of committees of continuous existence;
requires said committees to update certain certification information,
etc. Amends Ch. 106; creates 104.311. EFFECTIVE DATE: 01/01/2005 except
as otherwise provided.
