House 1545: Relating to Florida Kidcare Program ------------------------------------------------------------------

H1545    GENERAL BILL by Zapata  (Similar S 2082, Compare CS/CS/2ND ENG/H 1503,
CS/CS/1ST ENG/S 0970, CS/CS/CS/1ST ENG/S 2138)
Florida Kidcare Program; Provides that children under age 1 may
participate in Medikids program; provides that children who are eligible
for state-sponsored health benefit plan & subsidized Kidcare program may
enroll in Florida Kidcare program; provides that eligible child who is
lawful immigrant may enroll in Florida Kidcare program regardless of
child's date of entry; authorizes Kidcare coverage for temporomandibular
joint disease, etc. EFFECTIVE DATE: 10/01/2010.
