House 1573: Relating to Motor Vehicles ------------------------------------------------------------------

H1573    GENERAL BILL by Evers  (Compare H 0071, H 0099, CS/S 2036, S 2554)
Motor Vehicles; Revises vehicles upon which an ignition interlock device
must be installed upon conviction for which such placement is ordered;
setting forth standard to be used by court in determining whether person
is able to pay for an ignition interlock device; requires person who
uses vehicle equipped with an ignition interlock device to obtain an
ignition interlock-restricted driver's license, etc. EFFECTIVE DATE:
07/01/2010.
